1. General Information
Sightseeing Shkodra provides hop-on hop-off sightseeing transportation services within the city of Shkodra and surrounding attractions. By purchasing a ticket or using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Tickets & Validity
A ticket is valid for one full day (from first use on the selected date). Passengers may hop on and off at designated stops during the validity period. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digital or printed) upon request. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.
3. Booking & Payment
Tickets can be purchased online, via partner agencies, or directly from our staff (subject to availability). Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Timetable & Service
Sightseeing Shkodra operates on a scheduled route with departures approximately every 2 hours, starting from 09:00. Timings may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or operational needs. Real-time updates (if available) can be checked on our website or app. We reserve the right to modify routes, stops, or schedules without prior notice.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the service is cancelled by Sightseeing Shkodra. In case of cancellation by the company, customers may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled ticket.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully toward staff and other passengers.
The following are not allowed:
- Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances
- Dangerous or disruptive behavior
Sightseeing Shkodra reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger not complying with these rules.
7. Safety & Liability
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Sightseeing Shkodra is not liable for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged items
- Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
8. Children Policy
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Reduced fares (if applicable) are subject to age verification.
9. Accessibility
We aim to accommodate all passengers; however, accessibility may be limited depending on the vehicle. Please contact us in advance for special assistance.
10. Weather Conditions
Tours operate in most weather conditions. In extreme weather situations, services may be delayed or cancelled for safety reasons.
11. Audioguide & Equipment
Audioguide services (if provided) must be used responsibly. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse may be charged to the customer.
12. Privacy
Personal data collected during booking is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
